Welcome to Dreamora. By downloading or using the Dreamora application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dreamora, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Dreamora provides an AI-powered dream journaling and interpretation service. Features include recording dreams, receiving AI-generated interpretations, chat-based exploration, and subscription-based premium access.

3. User Accounts

Dreamora uses device-based guest accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Dreamora offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on them for clinical decisions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the dream records you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the interpretation service. We do not use your dream content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and technology are the property of Dreamora and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI interpretations will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dreamora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
