Dreamora ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Dreamora mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: A unique device identifier used to create your guest account. No name or email is required.
Profile data: Optional information you provide, such as date of birth, gender, and preferred language, used to personalize dream interpretations.
Dream records: Dream descriptions, audio uploads, and AI-generated interpretations that you create within the app.
Purchase data: Subscription and transaction records processed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store full payment card details.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics such as feature usage frequency and session duration, used to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize the dream interpretation service.
To process subscriptions and manage your account status.
To improve app features and diagnose technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Dream content you submit is sent to a third-party large language model (LLM) service to generate interpretations. This data is transmitted securely and is not used to train third-party models under our agreements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Apple Inc. – for In-App Purchase verification and subscription management.
LLM service providers – solely to process dream interpretation requests.
Cloud infrastructure providers – for hosting and data storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Dream records are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

Dreamora is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest) to protect your data. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
